Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Rianna is proud to be a 5th generation Austinite. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from St. Edward’s University with a degree in Business, she began her career in 2004. Between growing up in the real estate industry and designing and renovating properties in Pemberton Heights and on Lake Austin, she has cultivated a detailed understanding of the Austin real estate market.

In 2018, Rianna ventured into residential lending with her husband, Justin Boyd, serving families across Texas. As Business Development Coordinator for JB Mortgage Group at LoanPeople, Rianna has taken a lead role in tripling JBMG’s funded loan volume and becoming one of the most trusted lenders in the Austin area, finishing 2020 with over $100MM in closings.

Justin and Rianna, together with their twelve-year-old daughters, Areia & Giada, are involved in many philanthropic efforts through their foundation. Rianna loves teaching her daughters about giving back by contributing time and resources to organizations such as The Center for Child Protection, The Foundation for Tomorrow, Eanes Education Foundation, KLRU’s Friends of ACL, Recovery Austin, and Creciendo Juntos, a non-profit that supports underprivileged children and families in Costa Rica. Her mission is to help young women gain the confidence, skills, and resources they need to gain financial independence and become entrepreneurs in their own right.
