Accessibility Statement

LoanPeople is committed to providing websites that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We actively work to increase the accessibility and usability of our websites and in doing so endeavor to conform to level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, which also will bring the Company into conformance with Section 508 Web Accessibility Standards developed by the United States Access Board (Section 508). These guidelines outline how to make Web content more accessible for more people.

LoanPeople websites have been built using code compliant with W3C standards for HTML and CSS. Sites display correctly in current browsers and using standards compliant HTML/CSS code means future browsers will display correctly.

LoanPeople is not responsible for and cannot certify third-party content, including plugins, software, widgets, and other tools it does not own, but are located on or linked to its websites, conform to WCAG 2.0 Level AA, and shall therefore not be responsible or liable if they are inaccessible to individuals with disabilities.

While LoanPeople strives to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, we are continually seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the highest level of overall Web accessibility. Should website visitors experience difficulty accessing or using LoanPeople websites, please contact us.
