✔️ 5+ years in conforming conventional loans (FNMA/FHLMC)
✔️ Strong AUS (DU/LPA) & Manual Underwriting experience
✔️ Deep knowledge of non-conforming/jumbo investor guidelines
✔️ DE/SAR certified with active FHA/VA underwriting in the last 3 years
✔️ CHUMS ID required
