Rhett was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He began his career as a bank teller and quickly worked his way up to a role as a personal banker where Rhett discovered his passion for helping people finance their homes.

For more than 12 years, Rhett has helped hundreds of families finance their homes. Schutze Team’s goal is to ensure clients meet their goals by creating a custom home financing plan, uniquely tailored to their needs. When Rhett is not working with clients, he enjoys attending his daughter’s sporting activities and doing anything outdoors at home in Wimberley, Texas.
